Chakras

When it comes to Chakras there is so much information written about the concept of raising the Kundalini Princess it would probably take a life time to decipher all the information. Even with those who had a Kundalini experience willing or not it usually develops into a night mare. The Chakras are open already in most humans, we have a tendency to ignore their presence. They are those little quirks or those feelings we do not care for or possibly we do, here a few examples.

  • The common one we ignore is the Sinus Pain or Headache in the Anja center
  • Hunger pains
  • Sex

The last two are normally satisfied, and we assume it is only nature or our health.

Back in 1999 I had a Kundalini experience I was not expecting it even though I was meditating on the concept for about month. A little frightening but a pleasant experience overall.
Because of the Kundalini I lost all appetite, originally I weigh a little over 200 lbs. at the start and a few months later I had drop down to a 173 lbs.
It was scary way to lose weight, not knowing how to combat the effects of no food.
Fortunately I knew my inner nature was trying to make me a stronger individual ever since I came in contact with my own self.
All I had to do was to give up the fear of dying and I slowly grew back to my normal self.

As for the Sinus headache that most people take a aspirin for try this.

The next time one flairs up, ask yourself this. Who is causing this headache, is it my Inner Nature the God within, or you can ask is it my Subtle mind.

What ever you feel comfortable with, if it is the Inner Nature, it will respond dramatically .
