A New Disturbing Look at Sinus Headaches

Headaches have been around ever since man has been writing about health. We have numerous possible causes that range from something you ate, something you caught or an issue that you had to “deal with”. Work gives you a headache, your children can become a good source of pain, your wife or spouse may contribute to any number of uncomfortable feelings that can plague you throughout the day. I had heard so often, “I have a headache, do not bother me tonight, dear”.

There are many causes for Headaches. Having any kind of illness, such as a cold or the flu, even the prescription drugs that you maybe taking for something else, can induce headaches. The body has a way of telling you that it is not happy, and often times, that headache may create even more physical problems such as, nausea, a tired feeling, sore bones, and the list is endless.

The headache that I am referring to, is the subtle pain in the forehead and between the eyes. Not the throbbing of a migraine or stuffy head pain caused from allergies or from drinking too much, but the one that is located in the “Anja Center”, as referred to in Yoga. It is one of the Chakra points above the waist, which is indicating that it is in relationship with your Higher Self. It is a pain so minimal, that you may not even notice it, because you have experienced it so often. I have known people who have gone to the Doctor every couple of weeks, feeling certain that it is a Sinus Infection. Even myself, in the past, having been plagued by a continued pressure in the Sinus Cavity, I was constantly taking Aspirins.

The Medical Community does not look past any causes that maybe non physical. They are strictly totalitarian in that they will not allow any other ideas to permeate the thought process, which may go beyond the field of Science. When it comes to finding a solution to the problem, medical science has the ability to come up with a cure or some sort relief every fifteen minutes or so. You may have noticed this bombarding your daily news programming through television, radio & the internet.

Dealing with Chakra Points is very interesting and you can find all sorts of information about them, on the web. There are numerous sites available, which will describe every one in detail, along with its energy field and central channel situated within your body.

My experience is with the Anja Center located between the eyes, it had bother me for years. Through a series of Mystical and Spiritual Experiences, I came to realize the true cause of my pain, in that area.

There was a particular occasion when I became Aware of the cause of that pain. It was years ago, when I was starting to accept the fact that I was in contact with my own Inner Nature. I was not into Spirituality at the time, nor was I a practicing Catholic, which I had given up after my first wife had passed away.

It was like any other day. A slight nuisance of irritating and annoying pain in Sinus area, but this time I did not take any medication. I only asked, “Who is giving me this pain? Is it my Subtle Mind, the God within?”. Within a second or two, there was a sharp spike of pain in that area, as if someone had just slapped me across the head, startling my imagination of what had just happened and opening a door to a whole new meaning of Spirituality.

As the days went by, I became aware that my Inner Nature was trying to communicate with me. It was very vocal, but without sound. The dialogue was purely physical.

The Inner Spirit is crying out for our attention, and we just ignore it and take an Aspirin.

I find it interesting when there is a possibility of non medical causes for headaches other than stress. Individuals will shy away from unconventional thoughts because of fear. even though it may be beneficial for themselves.
